Can I wash the hair bundles?
1. Wash hair with WARM water and moisturizing shampoo (Stay from shampoo that contains sulphate. 2. Condition hair with COLD water and moisturizing conditioner. 3. Rinse thoroughly. 4. Rinse Thoroughly 5. Always air dry to ensure hair stays shiny and does not look brittle. 6. If sew-in, or stay on wig. Always wrap with a silk bonnet.
Do the hair hold curls well?
Yes, our hair can hold curls beautifully.We have some tips : Find correct temperature for the hair curling. We suggest raise the temperature little by little to test it out. Time control is very important, we suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature. Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.
Can I dye / bleached the hair?
Yes! Our natural color hair can be dyed or bleached to #27, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent shape as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. Any bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.
How many hair bundles can make a full head?
Normally 3-4 bundles for a full head, especially for the length from 20 to 50 inches, 4 bundles may be necessary especially for 30-50 inches.
How to comb the hair?
Using a wide tooth comb, gently comb from the tip to the top of the hair.
How do I pay for the order?

How long do you take to despatch an order?
Generally, your package will be shipped within 1 week after order confirmation except for Weekends and Holidays. However, we may need to wait for 2-3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for additional 2-3 days from a week.
Does Crowned the Hairitage guarantee delivery time?
Because the post office and delivery carriers handle your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We suggest you to make orders 7 working days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.
What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Worst-case scenario stock is low. However, we will alert you to this, if this occurs, this rarely happens. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

My color is on back order, can i still purchase it?
Yes, you certainly can! Placing an order will reserve a set for you so once we are back in stock, we will send you your Hairitage Products right away! if item is not in stock within a month we will refund you.
What does it mean when an item is on Back-Order?
Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it! *The backordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receives the items. *You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item We will take care of it for you from here on out! *We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this.
