Crowned The Hairitage Brand is pleased to accept exchanges within 5 days after receiving the item.

When you receive the order, if there is any hair problem, such as hair quality, hair color, hair length is not right, please e-mail us at crownedempressent@gmail.com ( FOR EXCHANGE) and indicate in the subject: Exchange to initiate your exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We are happy to accept exchange within days after receiving the item,

What are the accepting problems that can grant me with an exchange?

Acceptable quality problem are: wrong color, wrong length, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange for your order within 7 days after receiving the item, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

May I exchange my Hairitage Hair without contacting you?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, we need to confirm the delivery company and order value and shipping back tracking number from you.

When will I receive my exchange?

We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. I takes 5-7 days to process orders from the moment we place it in our system. 

Do I have to pay for shipping of my exchange?

If you want to exchange an item without any quality problem for exchange within 5 days after receiving the item. Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Crowned The Hairitage will not be responsible for lost returns. - if the item you received has any quality problem such as: wrong color, wrong length, wrong style, and so on. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the hair problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

How can I exchange my hair for another color or style?

Email us at crownedempressent@gmail.com and let us know your order number, as well as which style or color you'd like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you can get an exchange. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

Why are Hairitage hair non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reason
